What counts as one email?
Each recipient counts as one email. A message sent to three people uses three emails.
Do blocked addresses use credits?
No. Addresses on your suppression list (unsubscribed, hard bounced or complained) are skipped and never use credits. Emails that bounce after sending do use credits.
What happens to unused emails?
Your plan’s emails are available for one month from the day you buy. Unused emails do not carry over to the next month.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes, monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each month. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time; your account then returns to the free plan.
Can I change my plan?
You can move to a bigger plan when your current emails are used up; a new month starts at the full price of the new plan. You can move to a smaller plan at any time, without a refund.
Do paid plans include the free daily emails?
No. The 100 free emails a day are for accounts without a paid plan.
How can I pay?
Payments are made in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). You add funds to your balance in the panel, and plans and renewals are paid from it. The amount is usually added within a minute.
How does a dedicated IP work?
